Return Policy
At Aurora by Claire, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to explain our return process clearly below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

Returns may only be requested after the item has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is allowed; wearing them is not.

Ordering multiple sizes or items with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process

Please email your return request to info@aurorabyclaire.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier (located internationally).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs or handling charges.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information.
Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected at the return address, and approved for condition, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Refunds apply only to the product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Liability

Aurora by Claire is not responsible for lost return packages once tracking shows delivery to the provided return address.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
If an incorrect address is supplied, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
